[JULY 23, 2020 – NEW YORK, NY] Today, Chicago’s own Famous Dex releases a new single and music video for his song “Couped Out” ft. New York rap savant Fivio Foreign. Both rappers, hailing from cities at the forefront of the drill movement, join forces for the explosive track produced by SethInTheKitchen. The music video, directed by Mills Miller, is shot against the background of New York City, with both Dex and Fivio visually embodying the energy of the song by bringing their lyrics to life.
“Couped Out” comes off the back of a string of releases from Dex including the melodic “Proofread” ft. Wiz Khalifa and the explosive “What I Like” ft. Rich The Kid and Tyga from his forthcoming album DIANA to be released this year. With 60 days of summer left, “Couped Out” keeps that same energy creating the perfect anthem to close the summer out with a bang.
