Solence have spent nearly a decade growing up together. Learning and growing in life and in music for so many years creates a bond strong enough to withstand the greatest struggles and rejoice in the tremendous accomplishments. Solence stand for motivation, positivity, strength and courage to follow your dreams and personal goals. Speaking on the band’s ethos, singer and band leader Markus Videsäter says
“In a hard rock world that can be pretty dark and depressing, we try to do make things a little brighter and encourage our fans to believe in themselves a bit more. We try to be role models and show that anything is possible.
Follow your heart’s compass – that’s Solence.”
Ahead of their debut album, Solence spent two years releasing cover songs, including
Warriors by Imagine Dragons and Ed Sheeran’s hit
Shape Of You, which built their dedicated fan base and set the foundations for a series of original singles leading into the release of their debut album.
Now with the release of “Good F**king Music”, Solence are about to embark on a new chapter. With a new album coming later this year (more info to follow), the band have firmly staked their claim to be one of the most fresh and exciting new bands in heavy music. Their unique blend of chunky metal riffs, high octane electro and huge, catchy choruses is sure to see them continue to garner both critical acclaim and new fans around the globe.
