Network (WiMN) for the ninth annual She Rocks Awards honoring women who display
leadership and stand out within the music industry.

WHAT:              The Women’s International Music Network (WiMN – She Rocks Awards) will host its
annual awards show virtually for the first time.

This year’s event will be hosted by previous award recipient Lzzy Hale, frontwoman for the
rock band Halestorm, with Yahoo Entertainment’s Lyndsey Parker hosting the pre-show
countdown and John Stapleton of M.A.C Cosmetics hosting the red carpet Q&A to kick off
the virtual event. Opening performers will be Lexington, Kentucky, rock and soul band
                        Magnolia Boulevard, sponsored by PRS Guitars.

The 2021 She Rocks Awards, sponsored by Positive Grid, will take place on Friday,
January 22, 2021, at NAMM’s Believe in Music week: the online, global gathering to unite
and support the people who bring music to the world. The event is FREE to the public to
watch virtually, with limited VIP tickets now SOLD OUT. The She Rocks Awards are
reimagining the ceremony to fit the times, but will still continue to pay tribute to women in
the music industry, with two streaming options to watch this year’s virtual event –
Parade.com/sherocks and www.believeinmusic.tv. Fans are invited to watch the event,
