Today marks the release of THREE TRAPPED TIGERS highly anticipated new album, ‘Silent Earthling‘ via Superball Music.  This is the trio’s sophomore album, and first release in nearly five years. ‘Silent Earlthing‘ has recieved an overwhelming possitive response from a number of media outlets, especially in the UK, where their roots lie.  A band for which genres and labels struggle to keep up,THREE TRAPPED TIGERS move – often at breakneck speed – between screeching, effect-laden guitars, an arsenal of glistening sci-fi synths, pummeling sub-bass, colossal riffs, and audacious drum patterns that both underpin and define their unique sound.
The group just recently released a music video for thier song “Engrams,” and have released two other tracks off the album, “Silent Earthling” and “Tekkers.”
‘Silent Earthling’ is available for purchase via iTunes, Amazon, and via the label’s webstore, at:

Three Trapped Tigers are the forerunners of UK’s underground instrumental noise scene. Renowned as a formidable live act that defies simple categorization, TTT’s brutal but beautiful brand of synth-laden experimental rock has earned them fans around the world including Deftones and Brian Eno, whom they partook in his ‘Oblique Strategies’ system with during the writing stage of the album.
Formed in 2007 and initially inspired to replicate the high octane programming and ecstatic melodies of Warp luminaries Squarepusher and Aphex Twin (filtered though the sensibilities of noise duo Lightning Bolt) as a live band, TTT have made a habit of leaving audiences stunned with their incendiary energy and jaw-dropping musicianship, with an expansive sound that belies their trio format.
Exploring these early influences and more through a series of three EPs from 2008-2010 (later collected as Numbers: 1-13) culminated in a more personal aesthetic on 2011’s critically acclaimed ‘Route One or Die.’ The band’s second full-length album ’Silent Earthling’ is due out 1st April 2016.
