SAUL SHARE VIDEO FOR “RISE AS EQUALS” — WATCH

NEW ALBUM RISE AS EQUALS OUT NOW VIA SPINEFARM RECORDS

Iowa-based rock quartet SAUL — brothers Blake Bedsaul [lead vocals] and Zach Bedsaul [lead guitar, backup vocals], William McIlravy [bass, backup vocals], and Myles Clayborne [drums] — have shared the video for the title track from Rise As Equals. The album is out now via Spinefarm Records.

Watch the “Rise As Equals” video here.

The footage was filmed on “Saul Day” in the band’s hometown of Sutherland and it as a true exchange of energy between the band and its fans, known as “Equals.”

“The Equals traveled from states away to our little hometown in Northwest Iowa to be a part of this video,” says Blake. “There was an energy during the whole day that felt like electricity. Everyone was buzzing and happy. This was more than a music video shoot. This is what happiness looks like.”

2020 has been a wild ride for Saul — as much as it has been for most of the world but the band has reached a professional and personal summit with the release of Rise As Equals. Ever since releasing the single “Brother” as unknowns and watching it climb to No. 1 on SiriusXM’s Octane, the band has slowly but steadily built a passionate fanbase, one that even traveled to be a part of the video shoot for a song and record that specifically references them by name. Saul’s journey thus far is crystalized by the video, which demonstrates the direct connection with fans during a time when human beings are in most need of exactly that.

Watch the futuristic and cinematic video for the lead single “King of Misery” here or here. It serves as the band’s second No. 1 at SiriusXM’s Octane and is continuing to ascend the national radio charts.
